I'm a systems and instructional design consultant and the founder of Aya Baheera Consulting. My work focuses on transforming complex, unstructured information into clear and usable systems.

I specialize in taking information that exists in fragments and organizing it into structured learning and support systems that are easy to understand and apply. My background in instructional design, systems thinking, and information organization allows me to bridge the gap between how work is currently done and how it can be made clearer, more consistent, and more sustainable.
